The County of Frontenac serves the region immediately north of Kingston. One of the challenges the economic development department faced was trying to determine a vision for the future needs of the county. A program was developed to garner input from both local and seasonal residents on four key dimensions; culture, economic, environmental and social. As part of the program, a website was developed (including an online survey) and posters developed to promote the program using both print and the internet as the mediums.
