The Challenge
Viceroy required a solution to both manage and monitor their order process
from the initial placement of an order through to shipment scheduling.
The Solution
The solution was a web-based system that allowed multiple operators to enter
orders, update order status and schedule shipments.
It included the ability to generate
monthly reports for various departments to monitor efficiency and accuracy. Viceroy
dealers can also login to monitor the status of their orders.
