How do we employ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ?
Once the initial search engine optimization review has concluded, Floating-Point Communications will submit a review of available search engine marketing options. These include cost per click programs and paid for link promotion campaigns.
A budget will need to be established and each of the campaigns will have specific goals and objectives (for example a cost per click program may be initiated to drive traffic on a certain keyword or phrase). Using a cost per click program as an example of the process, Floating-Point Communications will review the keywords or phrases that are to be considered for the program, make recommendations based on the cost per click / estimated traffic and then purchase the keywords.
Ongoing monitoring of the program would be performed on a specified time period (weekly, monthly, etc.) and the following reports would be provided:
- Cost per click analysis
- Adword Analysis
- Adwords Keyword Position
- Overall Keyword Position
- Cost per click versus organic conversion
